Early Learning For All in Peoria had some important guest readers recently visit our classrooms. State's Attorney Jodi Hoos, Retired Major General Gary Dylewski, Joshua Gunn (CEO of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce), Chris Setti (CEO of the Greater Peoria Economic Council), and Peoria County Sheriff Chris Watkins took the time to read some of our students' favorite stories to the classes.
Afterwards, our guests joined others from ReadyNation Illinois to present the release of a new report on social emotional learning in early childhood and the impact of it later on in life. The students enjoyed the time with their guests and Early Learning For All staff felt re-affirmed in the work that they do after hearing all that the presenters had to say.

Our Truancy and Homeless Ed Team attended the ICEARY Conference yesterday and today (March 7 and 8). This year's conference featured inspiring keynote speakers and exceptional PL opportunities.
